Mahmut Cengiz Kadirbeyoğlu

CEO, Member of the Board

Mahmut Kadirbeyoğlu, with a BA degree from Marmara University (former name of which is İstanbul Economics and Trade Sciences Academy), starting his career at Alfa Romeo;  proceeded with managerial roles in different fields of automotive industry for 35 years.

For the past 15 years besides his position as the CEO of Skoda Turkey headquarter; he served as member of board in various companies. Kadirbeyoğlu; as a member of board and a member of council of auditors at the Association of Automotive Distributors; which is one of the outstanding institutions of Turkish Automotive sector; was appointed as the member of board in March, 2015 at marm assistance. As of today; he holds two concurrent positions which are; member of board and CEO.

With regards to the long run; Kadirbeyoğlu aims at taking the sector further in cooperation with his business and solution partners so as to produce service in an organization; which has the potential to come up with maximum sinergy, quick and effective solutions in partner projects.

Münife Yasemin Şanlı 

Chief Financial Officer 

Graduated from Bosphorus University, with a BBa degree in Finance and Accounting, Münife Şanlı started her career as an auditor in Arthur Andersen. After almost 4 years, she joined Cargill Turkey, where she built strong managerial skills via multinational company experience, cross sector and cross boarder exposure. Through the course of 24 years with Cargill Turkey, she has been seed Business Controller, Treasury and Financial Markets, Group Controller, Cargill Foods Business Unit Controller, Country Controller (Turkey, Dubai, K.Saudi Arabia) and Cargill Foods METNA (Middle East, Turkey, North Africa) Business Unit Controller. She has joined marmassistance as CFO at the beginning of November 2016.

Şule Sönmez

HR & Quality Management Director

Graduated from I.U Economics Faculty in 1992, after gaining experience at first years of business life on different sectors like foreign commerce, textile and service sector, she established her career target as “Human Resources Specialist” and as of 1997 she assumed responsibility of all human resources implementation at Demir Yatırım. At the same time, she graduated from Human Resources Management Program of I.U Institute of Business Administration as of first on 1997-1998 academic year. After seven years’ position of Human Resources and Quality Manager at Demir Yatırım-HSBC Yatırım, she worked at Oyak Securities as Human Resources and Total Quality Group Head between August 2003 -May 2015.  In addition to director of all human resources responsibilities, she executed that ISO 9001 Quality System implementation, management of system revision processes and performed a lot of Management Trainee Projects.  Şule Sönmez is also member of PERYON since 1999, she gave lectures about Personnel Management, Compensations & Benefit, All Human Resources Function in Companies at I.U Institute of Business Administration and Yıldız Technical University. In between September 2015 – November 2016, she gave consultancy service to the companies and prepared training programs about Human Resources Management and Planning, Organizational Development. She has joined the marm family as Human Resources Director end of November 2016.

Dr. Mevlüt Cengiz 

MD Deputy Medical Director 

Graduated from Marmara University Medical School as a medical doctor. Has been working as an airmedical physician, emergency physician, Occupational health physician and first aid trainer since 2005.

İlke Sağlamer

Quality, Control & Contracts Management Director

İlke Sağlamer to join marmassistance in 2004; with a BA degree from Yildiz Technical University, as Environmental Engineer with an MBA from Yeditepe University, has worked in different sectors of finance for a year in operation under the responsibilities of controlling and following up the bank actions, cash flow management, payment & fund transactions in Istanbul. She started working for marm assistance in Medical Cost Containment Department as a Medical Cost Controller followed with a managerial role in Foreign Accounts Department. Mrs Sağlamer now leads Foreign Accounts and Customer Relations Department with the responsibilities of Foreign Customers Relations Management, Cost Containment System Implementation with pricing & invoicing, Quality Managament, System Engineering Management to provide company’s continuous improvement and development.

Sultan Daş

Automotive Operations Director

Sultan Daş started her career in marmassistance in 1989 and has been an active member of management team for over 10 years. Having 28 years of experience in assistance industry, She gained the ability to lead the management of operational assistance services and manage different groups of people. Building and maintaining effective relationships with suppliers and customers, she coordinates a team of 40 employees and operational issues, establishing and implementing departmental objectives, and procedures, reporting, monitoring overall operations performance.

Ahmet Sinan Levent

Sales & Marketing Manager

After graduating from Yıldız Technical University, Electrical Engineering, Sinan Levent attended to the Contemporary Business Management English programme at Marmara University for two years and graduated in 1990. His carreer was started in the same year at Mobil Oil Türk Co. He was Sales Represantative of Middle  Anatolian sales of Petrol stations for 3 years and then he started working at Genoto İmalat ve Sanayi Co. in 1992 which was the producer and distributer of Commercial Vehicles belonging to Doğus Group. He was sales developer chief for 1 year there. Sinan Levent had been transferred to Renault Mais Co. in 1993 and he took a serious role while founding the "Renault Assistance" department in the company which was the first "Road Assistance" organization for Türkiye. He headed several marketing compaigns and projects regarding to after sales in Renault Mais A.S.Renault decided to outsource the Assistance service in 2001.He left Renault to found an outsource Asistance company with his Manager in Renault and he became the General Manager of Oto Acil Yardım Trade Limited Company until 2005. From 2005 to 2015, he was the Operatonal and Sales Manager of IPA, Mondial Assistance and Tur Assist companies.Sinan Levent was the Automotive Sales Manager of TurAssist for 5 years just before joining marmassistance as sales and marketing manager.

Ece Acar Demirkök

Sales Manager

Ece Acar Demirkök, with a BA degree from Dokuz Eylul University, Faculty of Scince, Statistics Department, started her career at marmassistance in 2001, and continued her career with the positions as; Statistics Specialist – analyzing the customer and service providers records, Medical Cost Controller – case handling with the provision of the maximum profit in medical expenses, Current Accounts Manager – following the financial accounts, Network Manager – communicating the national and international service providers such as hospitals, assistance companies and aviation companies.

Now, she is representing marm assistance as a Medical Sales Manager. She is experienced in the service sector in multinational environments. She is responsable for the customer satisfaction and promoting organizational development in Travel and Medical Assistance / Insurance industries.
