The pursuit of high quality is being reflected in all the work marmassistance performs.

In order to maintain the quality level of our services for you and your clients, we audit our service providers individually and on a regular basis. Our in-house doctors perform annual audits of the medical facilities which are most frequently visited by our clients, in order to make a classification of the facilities in the order of preference.

On top of our own audits, we’ve partnered with Temos, the emerging quality certification company based in Germany to co-audit all private hospitals and clinics in Turkey that apply for Temos certifications, “Quality in International Patient Care” and “Excellence in Medical Tourism”. With Temos’ scientific and professional approach to quality management and our practical hands-on experience in managing international patients and cost control mechanisms in Turkey, we aim to foster a local healthcare environment where all international patients treated in Turkey receive top-of-the-line healthcare services.

marmassistance procedures and principles are defined in accordance with ISO-9001:2000 Quality Management System (DEKRA), certified since 2003 and updated to ISO-9001:2008 in 2010.
