Marm Assistance is proud and delighted to share that it has received two awards at Europe’s most significant awards programme in the customer contact industry.
As the longest-running and largest awards programme in the customer contact industry, the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs) recognise organisations across Europe that are leading the way in delivering exceptional service to customers. It identifies those that are leading the industry with innovative projects and teams.
Marm Assistance has been awarded in the ‘Best Outsourcing Partnership’ category (Bronze Award ) in recognition of its collaborative work with its global partners. Furthermore, we have also received the “Highly Commended” status in the ‘Outsourced Contact Center of the Year’ category.
