Driving from Europe to Turkey during COVID-19. Travellers' on the move.

Important Updates:
1. Expatriates' travelling to Turkey via land (vehicle - land border crossings) don't have to worry about the 14-Day quarantine anymore. This outbreak measure has been lifted.
2. Border gates (from Europe) Pazarkule, İpsala, Kapıkule, Hamzabeyli are open again (first Expatriates entered Turkey a couple of days ago.
3. About 7 million Turkish citizens live in European countries. 700.000 - 800.000 Expatriates' are being expected to take on the journey from Europe to Turkey.
Two main routes have been suggested:

Route 1:
France - Belgium - Netherlands - Germany - Austria - Hungary - Serbia - Bulgaria - Turkey (Kapıkule)
Route 2:
France - Belgium - Netherlands - Germany - Austria - Slovenia - Croatia - Serbia - Bulgaria - Turkey (Kapıkule)
Border Crossings
FRANCE
Loosened border checks are carried out at the transitions between France and Germany. These controls will be removed on June 15,2020. No permits, documents or corona test results are required for crossing.
BELGIUM
Border control between Belgium and Germany has been lifted since June 8. No permits, documents or corona test results are required for crossing.
NETHERLANDS
No Border control. No permits, documents or corona test results are required for crossing.
GERMANY
The border controls with neighboring countries of Germany; Denmark, Austria, the Netherlands, and Switzerland, were loosened in mid- May, and will be completely lifted as of June 15,2020
Border controls with Luxembourg were abolished on May 16,2020
AUSTRIA
There still is a border control between Germany and Austria, yet will be completely lifted as of June 15,2020
HUNGARY
Border Crossings between Austria and Hungary are allowed at certain times. It is possible to pass through the Hegyeshalom (Austria), Rajka (Slovakia) and Tornyiszentmiklós (Slovenia) border gates every day between 20:00 and 12:00. You shall leave the country as soon as you can and only stop (if necessary) at the designated gas stations. These gas stations have a “Transit Only” sign. Penalties are imposed if those who do not comply with these rules. No permits, documents or corona test results are required for crossing.
SLOVENIA
Transitions between Austria and Slovenia are open. However, Turkish citizens are only allowed to to cross/tansit if they sign/agree to leave the country the same day, No permits, documents or corona test results are required for crossing.
CROATIA
Open- No permits, documents or corona test results are required for crossing.
SERBIA
Open- You shall leave the country as soon as you can and only stop (if necessary) at the designated gas stations. Flyers and Brochures are provided at Border gates. No permits, documents or corona test results are required for crossing.
BULGARIA
Transitions between Serbia and Bulgaria are open. However, a document must be filled and signed at the border gate to; acknowledge/accept the coronavirus pandemic situation in Bulgaria. Corona test results are not requested.
