No Break for Recruitment during Pandemic
Although we, at Marm Assistance, have been sustaining our operations remotely as of the first day of the sars-cov-2 outbreak in Turkey, we've kept recruiting new employees. Furthermore, recently 7 new staff joined us within the “Assistance Consultant Trainee Project”. We've carried out orientation courses, project-based instructions and on-the job training.
As the first assistance company in Turkey established in 1986, we have promoted our own managers internally and also provided highly qualified executives to the sector. Thus, we feel truly proud to be mentioned as “The School of Assistance Business” and “The First Assistance Company”. We aim to continue training our fresh and bright staff with our own company culture.
Currently having mainly generation Y employees and managers in our teams, we are feeling thrilled to start offering job opportunities to fresh generation Z graduates and part time staff.
